1⃣ #Congratulate on, not for.

حرف اضافه ی #congratulate را همیشه با #on بنویسید و هرگز از #for استفاده نکنید.

Don't say: I #congratulate you for your success.

Say: I #congratulate you on your success.
من موفقیت شما را تبریک می گویم.


2⃣ #Different from, not than.

حرف اضافه ای که با #different به کار می رود #from است و هرگز از #than استفاده نکنید.

Don't say: My book is #different than yours.

Say: My book is #different from yours.
کتاب من متفاوت از کتاب شماست.


3⃣ #Consist of, not from.

حرف اضافه فعل #consist به معنی شامل شدن یا در برگرفتن #of می باشد و هرگز از #from استفاده نکنید.

Don't say: A year #consists from twelve months.

Say: A year #consists of twelve months.
یک سال شامل دوازده ماه می باشد.


4⃣ #Covered with, not by.

حرف اضافه فعل #cover به معنی پوشاندن یا پوشیدن #with می باشد و هرگز از #by استفاده نکنید.

Don't say: The mountains are #covered by snow.

Say: The mountains are #covered with snow.
کوه ها از برف پوشیده شده است.


5⃣ #Disappointed by, about or at, not from.

حرف اضافه #disappoint به معنی ناامید شدن #by# ; about# ; #at می باشد
(a) by/at/about:

Don't say: Phillipa was #disappointed from the low mark she got in the test.

Say: Phillipa was #disappointed by/about/at the low mark she got in the test.
فیلیپ از نمره ی پایینی که در امتحان گرفته ناامید شد.

(b) with/in:

Don't say: Jane was #disappointed from her son.

Say: Jane was #disappointed with/in her son.
جین از پسرش ناامید شد.


6⃣ #Depend on or upon, not from.

حرف اضافه فعل #depend به معنی وابسته بودن #on و #upon است و هرگز از #from استفاده نکنید.

Don't say: It #depends from her.

Say: It #depends on (or upon) her.
به او بستگی دارد.


7⃣ #Divide into parts, not in parts.

حرف اضافه فعل #divide به معنی "تقسیم کردن" #into " است و هرگز از #in استفاده نکنید.

Don't say: I #divided the cake in four parts.

Say: I #divided the cake into four parts.
من کیک را به چهار قسمت تقسیم می کنم.
